If someone doesn't pay their property tax, then the city will place a lien on their home, until they pay. If they still don't pay the city will put it up for sale, just for the price of their property tax bill that they owe. Is this true, if so, is it also true that anyone can buy it? Where do you find out about these sales?

My sister is getting into serious trouble with her home and it may be foreclosed. She bought into one of those designer mortgages several years ago and now the interest rate is ridiculously high and her mortgage is double from what she started with. If I co-sign to help her refinance her home, she could get a significantly lower (more affordable) fixed interest rate. Should I co-sign for her?

What are the risks involved? How is co-signing for a house different than co-signing for a car? How does it affect my credit? How does it affect my future with home-buying? I don't own a home yet, but what if my husband and I are ready to buy our first home in the next one to five years?

lately i feel like my head just about to explode.. i argue with my sis almost everyday, my mom angry coz of my behaviour, my study doesnt show good result while in other side my friends getting better, i feel like now i'm so far away from god. i lied bunch of times to cover my stupid mistakes, i'm no longer my self anymore, i screw things! i wanna go back or even fast forward these days... i wanna change back and return to my self again. i dont wanna be a bad girl.. i knew my self... but i'm gone and i dont know why

I put gas in it with unleaded plus and the engine light came on. I looked at the manel to see about it and it says to put unleaded only not plus. so i waited till it got low and put unleaded only in it. It came on every so often. I check all my flueds and filled with ever need it. It comes on still. Have any ideas.

I was going for it this way, to settle things amicably, but my ex has gone the other way. He's made stuff up, to make me look worse. even though he could have just gone for irretrievable differences and he's asking for a settlement, and allowance. I did go off with another guy, but only after ALOT of other stuff, emotional abuse, sometimes physical. he'd touch me even though he knew i didn't like it. i want to just say that the things he said weren't true without going through everything that happened in court. what should i do?

A guy in my league is trying to divest himself of Ryan Howard (I guess he doesn't want to wait it out and see). I proposed a trade to him - Morneau for Howard (straight up). He's interested, but claims he also got an offer of Ortiz for Howard (straight up).

He counter offered back and said he would give me Howard and Ted Lilly for Morneau and Justin Verlander.

Personally, I'm looking at Howard much like I look at an undervalued stock. His upside potential is so great, that I'm willing to take the risk that his performance will increase. His contact rate and line drive rate is solid, but he's just not getting the breaks.

What are your thoughts?
Morneau and Verlander for Howard and Lilly. Is it a good trade for me?
