Drinking pickle juice before exercising could possibly provide your body with enough salt, that your muscles will not cramp....
I didn't know it and I did'nt drink it before. Good question!

Loooooove pickle juice. Dill only though. I drank almost a whole jar of it once. (against the advice of my bf at the time) And yes, I did get a massive stomach ache. But I still drink it today.

Gosh, I haven't done that since I was a kid. I did enjoy drinking the pickle juice out of the jar.

Its actually good for digestion. The dill flavour just makes it easier to take over plain vinegar.
