My brother is in a bit of trouble with his mortgage company. He has an ARM that has gone from 5.9% to 9.9% in 7 months! So Im going to buy the house (with cash) and allow him to continue living in it and just pay me a more affordable payment. I've received the payoff amount so Im assuming I just wire the funds? At least, this is what his mortgage company told me to do. Then they said that it would take 14-17 days for "a refund"?? I don't understand that one, but anyway, They said that then they would send the payoff info to the county stating that there is no longer a lien on the property. So, how do I get this into my name without spending thousands on a title and escrow company or an agent??

The State of California has prison over population problems. There are some other states with similar issues and in all states a lot of money is put into housing prisoners. Well the people of Iraq need jobs, need something to sustain their economy, and flying prisoners there wouldn't really be that expensive. Plus if we put them in orange jump suits they probably won't want to escape right? And if we built them on the border with Iran we could monitor illegal border crossings as well! Its a total win win situation - why not?

This kkk retard is asking questions all day long about the shooting, using it to bash us, and forgetting the people who lost their lives in there. Isn't it disgusting? How inhuman can a person be?
We saw many bigots here, like Princess Lulu, and Dr. Dorris, but they never got to his level. His nick is offensive to basically almost everyone, and he's disrespecting the dead students and being a bigot in the same time. What the hell is his problem? Can't Yahoo! block his IP address (or whatever they call it) permanently?

I have some un popped popcorn that I dug out of the back of my cupboard tha has been there for about 8 years. Strange I know I just clean my cupboars & toss it back in there. ANYWAY, Is it still any good? It's Orville Redenbacher Popcorn. It's the kernels that you have to pop in a poeer or on the stove.

One more thing if anybody knows exactly how to pop pocorn on the stove would you please give me detailed instructions?

Basicly i hit someone in my supported housing with a high heeled shoe on her arm. Caused bad brusing and broke her skin. She pressed charges.A police officer turned up 6 days later wanting me to give a statement, in her words it would be delt with quickly. I refused, wanting to speak to a solicitor first, preferably with one present during questioning. The police officer was totally fine with this.Called her the next day after speaking to my solicitor and agreed to meet at the local police station. Recieved a letter from her today saying i would be arrested for actual bodily harm at police station.Was wondering what sort of sentence i am likely to get.
I have previous for -
theft
burglary (other than dwelling)
x2 posession of offensive weapons (which i served six months in prison for - released last march 06)
I am no longer on licence, have not been in trobule since my release.
Sounds pretty awfull i know.

We aren't necessarily thinking about an infant, perhaps preschool or school age child(ren). My son is very adamant that he does not want this to happen and it is tugging at my heart. He is a very good boy and doesn't ordinarily whine or otherwise complain, so I know he is sincere when he expresses to me how sad he feels just at the thought of adoption. What advice do you have? Do we continue with our plans and help our bio-son with his emotions, or do we just forget the whole idea and be a happy, 3 person family?

i drive a 1986 gmc s-15 and it just started chirping. it gets louder when i give it gas then it goes back down when i slow down. i have lookede in the engine compartment and it is not my belts slipping. i am thinking that it might be my alternator or my water pump. also i got under my car and it seems louder right under my oil pan, so could it be my oil pump??? any ideas would help. thanks
