My friend doesn't eat meat, but is not a vegetarian either. She does eat it if its minced and a component of some food. But never plain protein filled meat like chicken breast or beef. She doesn't eat fish. She eats vegetables (basically boiled, baked, pickled - not fresh... etc. with differet fatty sauces). She also eats rice, pastas etc. But I am concerned as it seems to me that this nutrition is somewhat plain. It looks like aditives to something that should be the basis of the meal, but I cannot of course make her eat what I find healthy. How do you see this diet?

I have a web site for a band. I have a BIO section where you click on each band member's name and it displays a bio of them. Right now it is opening in a new window that can be closed...what I really want to happen is this:
When you click on the band member's name, it expands text below it that includes the bio...and when you click on that member's name again, it will collapse or hide it.

How do I go about doing this?

I'd love to hear how you do it. Here's mine:
When they come to your door, ask them to pull out their territory card (or whatever they use no), ask them to write your address on the back of it and 'DO NOT CALL' next to the address. It works for about a year, then they come back and see if it is still your wish for them not to call.

I was so shocked after watching the reunion show. I felt bad for her, I think I am one of the few who Liked New York. Chance felt bad for her too, you could tell. He kept telling her not to cry. Aw...
I didnt like Tango. If he had as much love for her as he stated then they could of worked out this problem. She never lied about his mama she was just straight up and iggnorant about it.

I am not for banning legal firearms, but illegal firearms are far to available to anyone who wants them. We need more action at the federal and state level, you sell a gun illegally, you lose your right to own a gun! You smuggle firearms illegally, you spend at least a decade behind bars!

Lets stop this NRA funded nonsense of putting more guns on the streets to make everyone "safer" more guns on the streets will only cause more gun violence. Lets regulate firearms more effectively.

It's my daughter, doesn't believe us about needing to go to school. Doesn't believe she is a genius, but thinks she knows everything, literally. She transferred to internet H.S. to become a night owl schooler, but now, she is not even doing that. I keep telling her she will be up a creek. She thinks she could easily pass a GED but just found out she can't until 17. Then what? If she keeps going by continuing to fail. People/employers won't see how clever she is.Currently she is on the fast track to Juvi hall by police to go to school. She didn't even understand how the signals of a mailbox worked last year. My heart goes out to her, but if she thought about suicide before, she'll be wanting it later at this rate. What would you say to her? (Yes, hopefully she'll outgrow, but she will have lost too many opportunities that you and I take for granted, like schooling. She's been like this since 10 and been thru the system of child services, but still at home.)

In Australia, after the Port Arthur Masacre, our Prime Minister decided t toughen up gun policy and buy back all guns owned by citizens, except those that have a special licence. Greatly increasing the safety of citizens in Australia.

Should the gun lobby in the USA have have so much power? Is it time to confiscate guns in the USA? Would as many people have been killed today if average citizens were not able to own guns?
