My friend doesn't eat meat, but is not a vegetarian either. She does eat it if its minced and a component of some food. But never plain protein filled meat like chicken breast or beef. She doesn't eat fish. She eats vegetables (basically boiled, baked, pickled - not fresh... etc. with differet fatty sauces). She also eats rice, pastas etc. But I am concerned as it seems to me that this nutrition is somewhat plain. It looks like aditives to something that should be the basis of the meal, but I cannot of course make her eat what I find healthy. How do you see this diet?
