well, here i go..........! ive recently started having strong feelings for my boss. the problem is its a women, does this meen im gay? or bisexual? ive had relationships with guys and they never seem to work out. i always get bord and move on.
my boss is a lesbian and is in a long term relationship with the other boss. (they both own the buisness). she is also quite abit older than me.
is it the authority that is attracting me to her? i just dont no.
i dont see her much because i work on an agency and very rearly have any reason to go to the office, although i always find myself thinking of her. we have alot of telephone contact, but never seem to stay on the subject of work. she contacts me at least once aday, and recently ive found out that she doesnt contact the other employees through telephone, its all done by e-mails.
shall i just leave it or shall i start hinting? if so whats the best way without being obvious?
please help. im confused.

I have heard to keep the tank dark while treating for ich - the more light, the more ich. But I've also read that guppy fry like lots of light and to keep the lights on for about 16-17 hours per day. Well, I have fry in a breeding net within a tank which I am currently treating for ich. I'd been keeping the lights on as much as possible for them. So far they seem unaffected by the ich, thank goodness. But I have had 2 of the 4 adult guppies in the tank die of ich since yesterday. Obviously I want to get rid of the dang ich! But I don't want to sacrifice my fry in the process. So do I keep doing what I'm doing even if it means losing the other two guppies- since I'll be left with about 2 dozen new ones to take their place (and continue their legacy)? Or do I get more agressive on the ich treatment by turning out the lights? Will less light actually be harmful to the fry, or will it just slow their development? They are 2 weeks old. There's also a pleco in the tank.

i read a question that i was going to ask but someone else
asked it for me. the questions was how does labour pain
feels. all of your answers scares the sh!*# out of me!

My grandmother is 75 years old and for the past few months she has had a nagging cough. She first began coughing frequently when she had a cold in mid- December but the cough went away when she got better. Then she had a relapse in January and since then she has had this cough that occurs every single day and night. SHe claims that it is like a tickle in her throat from her nasal drip. I have to be honest my mother is a smoker and has been living with my grandmother her whole life. How concerned should I be. Please give me all possibilities not just the worst cases. No uneducated responses please!

Someone on another question said that Jesus felt the pain of all the sins of the world. past, present, and future.

I know the bible says he supposedly died for our sins, but does it actually say that he felt extra physical pain apart from the pain of the cross, etc...?
