I don't watch American Idol, but I was listening to the radio yesterday morning and the announcer was talking about it, and played a clip. Simon asked him how old he was, the guy said 80ish, and asked if he could try again. Simon said "no. You tried twice, most people only get one chance. We've had a bad day and you are by far the worst one today." I guess the announcer could have been joking, but that would be a stupid joke. Anyway, I checked on the A.I. web site and didn't find it. The guy was along the lines of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, etc.
Thanks

I seem to remember the names of the countries were carved into the wall but that the lettering was gold. I can't for the life of me figure out where I saw it so any help would be very gratefully received.

I'm writing a test procedure in which a 440VAC is rectified to 170 VDC to supply some power amplifiers. But I need to know what the rectified DC voltages will be if the VAC varies from 440 +/- 20 volts.

Well there was never any evidence, aparently.
Not even sure the victim was telling the truth.
The old prosecutor has apologized and may well be disbarred.
Sharpton and Jackson were all over this and demanded the head of the Duke students.
Will they apologize?

I thought the President was not suppose to make his decisions based on his religious beleifs. Apparently not if you read the following article:

By ANN SANNER, Associated Press Writer
1 hour, 34 minutes ago

WASHINGTON - President Bush, at the national Catholic prayer breakfast, stressed his opposition to easing restrictions on federally funded embryonic stem cell research, a reference to a bill he's threatened to veto.

What penalty is there for a president who is not seperating himself from the church based on his religous beleifs? Next thing you know he will be giving the old anti-abortion speech at the Catholic luncheon.

thanks for quick replys, i didnt explain it properly, point 1 ive been at home being mum for the past 6yrs, point 2, i did ask questions (lots ) point 3 the company is a major uk company, who in my opion should of had a seperate trainning suite not plonk you in the middle of it and say here we go , i know exactally what sort of job i want ive been working on my needs as me and sorting out child care so that my children didnt stop me from working and i have been planning going back to work for a year so that my part was all tidy so that they had my total commitment all i ask is that they are ready at their end, my brain was totally in gear but whats the piont of putting you with two different people in less than an hour each has their own way of shortcuts and you as the new person need the real way not different ways to take on board plus i only saw the person who took me on from a distance so there was so special treatment which is great as feeling special would be a downfall.

Location is in extreme Western Maryland (near PA & WV). I would like to plant some bushes next to the house, to obscure various vents. This is a second home and will not receive regular landscaping care. Additionally, the area is frequented by wildlife, so it has to be deer and bear (!) resistant. Any ideas on which shrubs I should plant?

as per the"dictionary of modern political idiolagies"written by m.a.riff fascism was born after the 1848 french revolution.it came to dominance in nazi germany and mussolinis italy.the nazis tried to seek a partnership with consevatives but failed because the basis of being a conservative was to have the people bare the responsibility of the individual while fascism made the individual responsible for the advancement of the state.the jews were a large part of the conservative movement which played a part in their extermination by the nazis.Instead the nazis turned toward the middle and lower middle class which was the majority and gave the nazis their power.these classes were made up of communists, socialists and liberals.these people led to the deaths of 22 million people.Conservatism of today is defind as a movement that adheres to the U.S.constitution as it was rattified but allows for gradual change according to the environmentof the current era.so,who are the fascists?lmao
