I don't think the entire state feels that way but you are entitled to your opinion.

Personally I am sickened and hope this girl gets the punishment she deserves! I am sick of people blaming their past or their parents....SHE HELD THE KNIFE AND STABBED THAT INNOCENT BABY 135 TIMES....not anyone in her past or her parents....

There is a special place in hell for people like this.

Who is giving this girl sympathy, yes there is something mentally wrong here, but sympathy isn't something she should get. What she did just breaks all the rules when it comes "motherly love" , "motherly intuition", caring, "human kindness", hell she was just an evil, heartless, sick, female. How, how can you stab an infant, your child, 135 times? Hell, how did she lay down on the floor and give birth, alone, that isn't one of the easiest things in the world, and after that still have the energy to stab it 135 times and then get up and throw it in the garbage, no, no sympathy, not here. She didn't deserve to be a "Mother" and I hope the sight of that infant sticks in her head until the day she closes her eyes and has to truly answer for what she did. She had to look real deep for that evil strength. God Bless.

When you provide the link for people to read the article themselves you should expect that they will form their own opinions. I read the article and I think it was just some elderly person who had sympathy for the girl, not the whole State. I think it's shameful that you are trying to use this tradgedy to take a political jab at blue states(or whatever). Hopefully, you're life is so perfect that you will never have to be in the kind of mental frame of mind this girl was...obviously a very sick and twisted girl. Cheerio!

Practice, sunshine, thats all it is. It shows one is dead set on
a killing. You don't get that kind of experience watching the grocer meat market do lamb shanks.

137 wounds is crazy, and there are penal facilities for the criminally insane, but then again there is a lot to be said for going in close, frequently, like the Romans did with their uniformly short sharp edges. She'd make a bloody handed old warrior proud though I see this is wasted on my reader.

We all need more stone killers to show our own devils that we won't go gentle into their night. We run away, we scream,
our devil wants to take advantage of that. The devils walk
with us these days. God Bless United Flight 93. They took their devils right down to hell's doorway. Catch my drift?

Bullsh#t!!!!!! i'm a "Blue Stater" as you would possibly want to say and that i do not settle for, sense undesirable for, actually have any sympathy for the B#$c#. do not stereotype each body in Minnesota, in basic terms because of a stupid editor of a information paper that in all likelihood talked to at least a million different human being. i'm hoping she receives hit with as a lot detention center time as plausible, do you imagine there she may have any sympathy, genuinely no longer because lots of the girls human beings there in all likelihood do not get to be certain their youngsters. imagine formerly you grow to be stereotypical.

This was a sick act, I think that by the actual number of times the girl stabbed the baby, you could almost feel the rage.
She probably thought that the child was the reason for all her troubles.
Sick,sick world we live in.
What if her Mother had done that to her.....she would not be here at all....just my opinion.

Even if you kill an animal mistakenly some sensitive people feel awful about it for weeks together. this is taking a human life. she says she panicked seeing the baby move hadn't she ever seen any baby .just once or twice stabbing in a state of panic can be undrstood. just imagine 135 times I don't think this was in a state of panic .to think that people actually feel pity towards her is unthinkable .she was panicky alright to stab the baby 135 times but still clearly thought to dispose the body to save herself

she had a rough childhood? please....... my sister and i had a rough childhood, we both survived verbal, physical, emotional and sexual abuse. we haven't gone out and killed a new born, or robbed a convenience store, or raped anyone, or murdered anyone. what a lame excuse!
she could have just handed the kid over to any e.r. room, and walked away. no one would have known anything. and somewhere out there in the world is a couple breaking their hearts 'cause they can't have a child, and can't find one to adopt! then this lame brained b-itch just up and tortures a new born baby by stabbing her 135 times? this is one mean person and she ought to be put in prison for life! let the other prisoners take care of her! once shes in the penn they will.....
it'll save the taxpayers the cost of an execution.

This makes me ill. I miscarried a child and it haunted me for years and years. There are no words that can express
my feelings after reading this article. She had options without consequences. I wonder how the father feels?, or did he care, it probably would have been another welfare mother, Free diapers, free food, free medical care, free baby bed, free diaper bag, gowns & blankets. while taxpayers struggles to make ends meet! Satan is roaring like a lion!!!

I think it all has to do with the ridiculous
hate the sin not the sinner stuff
or being able to relate to a sinner
but all in all... ITS ALL CRAZY- madness, its insane, I can't even think of possible sane reasons as to why to feel sorry for this.. this monster.
:(
