I would always advise toning cause i think its not sexy to have so much muscles that it looks like a body suit, plus since u work so many hours in a day regular exercise will give u more energy an less time an pain to execute you muscle goal than body building

I take a pre workout called Volatile - It tastes great, gives me energy and focus but does not make me jittery. It also contains 2 types of creatine to help feed my muscles once my workout is complete. I have also noticed an increase in recovery between sets since I have been use it. With other pre workout I have tried I have had to increase me dosage after about 20-30 days to get the same results. With Volatile I have not built up any tolerance since my first does over 60 days ago. The bottle recommends 1-2 scoops. I take 1 1/2 although on the forums some people take 2. Good Luck

Toning by leaps and bounds. Unless you're competing there's no real benefit to Building. When you build with free weights you build gym muscle as opposed to real life muscle. Sounds funny i know, but there is a difference in the muscles develop from working outside in the yard, and the ones you develop in the gym. Lifting weights is fantastic and great for your bones, however, Body BUILDING can actually put a lot of strain on you body. Lift for the every day needs of your life, not for the mirror.

Toning the Individual parts of the body is very important, For strength.
Body building is for the people who want to enter the completion.
There are cases on record of people getting mussels bound. In some case they get very fat if they have to give up the routine, for any reason. Toning is done by light weights or no weights, so chance of injury is non existent. Building is done by heavy lifting, chance of injuries are much higher in that case. Toning can be done any where you do not need gym, building can only be done in a gym equipped for it.

toning defines the muscle and building is making them grow. most people lift heavy weights to build muscle and light weights to tone but in fact its the opposite. light weight builds more structure in the muscles which increase in size and heavy weights burn more fat it gives the muscle a riped look body builders use both heavy to stregthen and tone and light to give you a defined look. for more mass use 3-4 reps and to tone use 10-20 reps
you can use both during a work out just rest 5-10 mins in between

I think for any man body building is better. I think if you start to tone, you end up building anyway because of the way guys are built.
