Hi, I am running out of time every week to sit down and make a shopping list. How do you make yours? I don't want to go to the store without one because it seems like when I do, I forget what I really need and still end up spending double. All advise will be helpful. Thanks!

I have a 55 gallon with the following fish, two three spot Ghoramis,
a gold ghorami,
giant ghorami (that is what he was sold to me as)
3 algae eaters,
one cory,
one large angel (I am looking for another tank to use for just an angel tank),
three tiger barbs and
one rosey barb (was an accident when I got the three algae eaters, mistake put into bag)


Everyone in the tank gets along great.
I would like to add a little more color, any suggestions. Was thinking maybe one of the smaller cichlids...or possibly some dwarf ghoramis.

My husband and I have been having problems for some time. We have had some trust issues and I have since filed for divorce. My divorce will be final in June and he insists that he wants to try to make it work. I have tried and so has he but we just seem to get stuck in the same rut. There is a horrible vibe in the house. We have two small children and he says if I leave he will have to live at work to pay for the house which I am leaving. He will not be able to afford the house and child support and he tells me that I will never make it on my own and I will have to live in the slums someplace and he does not want to be a part time father. Everyday when I get home from work he just had a mad look on his face and he wears the same red sweat shirt every day. I cant stand to look at his face anymore. I just want to get out but what about my kids. I dont want to mess them up!!! They are 3 and 1

I incurred employee expense during business trip in the last quarter of 2005 and didn't include it in 2005 returns as I was expecting the reimbursement. Since I didn't get reimbursement for it , I would like to include it as 'unreimbursed expenses' in itemized deductions in 2006 tax returns. Is it allowed ?

Ever since I was little, I've had a problem with my neck. Whenever we were going down a big hill on the road, my neck and shoulder area would begin to tingle uncontrollably. I had to tense my shoulders up and retract my head back in order to hold it down. Well, last year we were at a theme park, riding a giant viking ship that would swing back and forth. I cried so bad because of my neck. It was horrible. Does anyone have any idea of what this might be?

This is not a big concern of mine. The only reason why I ask this question is because of an upcoming trip with my boyfriend to disneyworld. He loves rollercoasters and can't understand why I can't ride on them. Please help!

P.S. I've noticed that whenever I'm on a swingset and I turn my head sideways, the same thing happens to me.

I went to the doctor, and he gave me depression medicince and i am still tired, i work out 3 times a week, and i sleep normal hours. I have tried everything.........
i have to take a -b super complex- vitamin 3 times a day just to get thru the day.
I am 22, i work full time, and i am married and have no kids, i should have tons of energy!!
