That's what I see nowadays. Tons of girls in converse-looking shoes, but they're mostly imitations. I'm one of the only people at my school who has real ones anymore.

I agree, a fake is never nearly as good as the real thing, so I'm horribly confuesed as to why I see tons of people wearing fake Chucks.

and btw, I have 3 pairs of REAL Chucks. I'd rather be fed to rabid wolves than wear fake ones.

Fakes are never in. I just got real Converses. All my friends like the real ones. Stick with them. You will be cool.

Fakes are never in. That's cool you have the real ones i would just stick w/ that. I have a pair of fakes low looking ones from target that were like ten bucks i could get the real ones if i wanted but i just wanted some cheap shoes to go outside in and stuff so I don't think its the end of the world if they have fakes but the reals are def. way better and cuter and come in more patterns.

i have real ones and fake ones, i like them and im dirt poor, and i saw some at the local target and was like wow! i like those and they are way cheap, so i got them, they come in so many different colors how could anyone afford to buy them all? unless you are some one with a ton of money or mommy and daddy buy them for you, so who really cares. the real ones are much more comfortable and id rather have them, but like i said, im so poor i am about to be on the streets.

They're sort of in style, I guess...a lot of other brands like Rocket Dog are making Converse-ish looking shoes these days, so a lot of girls are wearing those instead. I personally love my original Chuck Taylors more than any other shoe in my collection. :)

i prefer the real converse, but to each his own...if that`s what they want to wear, who cares??? in my opinion, the fake ones are not the same quality of material or workmanship, so don`t last as long...i`ll stick with the true converse, thanx!!!

No absolutly not they are not in style you either buy real ones or dont get them because if you buy them you are a real poser I hate fake converse and you can get them really cheap at the mall or a payless

pretend in simple terms means the footwear have been made by a distinctive employer. i do no longer likely see why its pathetic to get pretend footwear, cuz does it truly count quantity? are not there greater substantial issues in existence to tension approximately? yet thats in simple terms my opinion.
