Billups is by far the best clutch shooter. Most commentators agree that Billups is the player they would trust with the ball in the 4th quarter and time running out. This is for two reasons:
A. He finds a way to hit clutch jump shots
B. He can drive to the lane draw a foul and hit clutch free throws down the stretch.

No other player in the past few seasons has been able to pull out victories like Billups has. An easy answer.

no doubt, chancey billups. he got his nickname mr. big shot for his late clutch plays. vince carter isn't bad either, he has about three game winning buzzers this year and one was 36 feet against the jazz.

are we talking about past players? then i would have to say Reggie miller no question about it. he had a very quick release and knew how to get open off of screens. if you are talking about players currently playing in the NBA then i would have to go with dirk nowitski. he is big enough and strong enough and although he doesn't have a very quick release ( like a ray allen) his height ( 7ft) more than makes up for that.
