I was thinking about wine glassed with our names and wedding date etched on them, but im going flasks for the bridesmaids/groomsmen with their intials.

Anything else creative, fun, and cheap that any of you can think of? Any ideas are MORE then welcomed!

The favors Im Asking about are for the wedding guests.
We only have 4 people in the wedding party and gifts for them will be easy.

Depending on what month it is, like October you could do a candy buffet, and hand everyone little bags so they could do their own favors. Do some research, and as long as you are willing to do some work, your options are limitless!

How much are you willing to spend per person?

Forget about the wine glasses, no one ever uses them and no one wants to drink of a glass with someone else's name on it,

With that said, you can get 2 0r 4 chocolate truffle boxes from Godiva. They have red, black, white tifany blue ribbons. They come in their trade mark gold boxes. They are about 4.85 a piece and they are delivered to your door.

Yankee Candle company also offers "wedding day" fragrance candles and votives. They can be personalized with your name and date on it.

I've also seen cookies that resemble the wedding cake or the wedding dress in a cello bag with a pretty ribbon.

Incense stickts wrapped with an organza ribbon and some dried flowers

Good luck

I think the idea for the candy or caramel apples OR the candy bar is a great CREATIVE idea! The frame idea has been majorly overused. Try to make it seasonal and it will be a big hit. www.marthastewart.com has a fabulous wedding site that has a TON of creative ideas for favors by season. Good Luck!

I have always like picture frames because they can double as place setters. Just get inexpensive 1 1/2 inch frames and print out your guest's names and place them in each frame. You can use them as place settings so each guests knows were to sit. Or if you're not going to set each place for the guests you can include a picture of you and your fiancee. Or even just a printed paper that has your names and the wedding date:

Try orientaltradingcompany.com..they have a wedding section that's really inexpensive. The stuff we ordered didn't look cheap, and was really nice. We even order our glasses and cake server and knife that was engraved...we had a mix up on our order, we ordered a guest book and they sent us pink flamingo candles lol, the sent us the guest book and told us to keep the flamingos. The were really helpful and easy to work with.

I went to a fall wedding where the favors were little packages of flower seeds dressed up nicely. It was adorable - wheter people used them or not.

Also, you can get pretty much anything personalized these days - M&M's, hershey bars, all can have your name and dates on them, people love that kind of stuff!

I got perfect pair candles off of ebay... It's two candles in a chiffon bag with a tag that has our wedding date on it.
The lady did the whole thing for me- even the tags and they were only $1.38 a piece!! Which is dirty cheap because the internet sites want $3.00 and then another .55 cents for the tag. Try ebay- lots of cheap wedding favors on there!

Are the favors for the guests or wedding party?

Okay, just wanted to be sure.

You could give them a cookie cutter heart with a poem attached to it about love.

A cd with love songs. Although this could run high.

A potpourri satchel with place cards attached.

I really like the flower seeds satchel idea. I think if it was me I would go with that.

You can always go for cute little boxes with your names and date engraved on them. Then fill the boxes with candy, cover with tulle and some fabric fall leaves.

Put mints into little organza bags. You can get the mints and the bags at Walmart. Everyone could use mints after a dinner.
