Can't go wrong with some juicy ribs!

My favorite barbecue is beef tri-tip. I marinate it for three days in some wonderful type of marinade (Jack Daniel's has some great ones...love the mesquite and teriyaki) and the grill it! That beef is incredibly tender at whatever degree you decide to serve; I prefer rare. I serve it with a huge tossed salad, veggie ka-bobs (tomato, zucchini, mushrooms, and onion) that I marinade for the day in Italian dressing, and garlic bread. Yummy stuff...Okay, I'm off to buy tri-tip! Have a great day! Annie

american eggplants sliced with a little bit of olive oil and corn on the cobb. Any vegetable out there sounds good on the grill.
Are you BBQing right now?
