I am looking for a nice resturant to take my girlfriend too for our first anniversary, she loves salads, steaks, itilian food, and mexican food. I want somewhere really nice and romantic, no chain resturants like olive garden or something cheesy.

I have NO price range, but I would like somewhere maybe near the beach or somewhere really nice, no ghetto areas!

to wear panty-hose, or does it not matter? If you want to be taken seriously = panty-hose? I have this career fair to go to and I would like to just not wear panty-hose but I don't want that to reflect negatively upon me (as if I don't know the correct attire, which, is obvious since I'm asking, heh.)
