I saw a man standing on a chair with his hands inside a bird's nest, A couple hours later I found a broken egg below the nest and one dead chick... I felt like shooting the man to death for harming helpless nestlings....
Yet I dont know if it could stand in court..

You should be hung by your toenails and endure a slow death!!!! I have investigated sexual abuse of children and I deal with the dregs of society on a daily basis, but I am sorry, there is no reason for animal cruelty and I think those people should be shot!!!!!

Any cruelty against animals is disgusting, I hope the offender gets jail time. In Aust. is is punishable by jail.

As others have said - not nearly enough.
It is beyond me how anyone could be cruel to a helpless animal. Anyone who would be deserves the harshest punishment we can deliver.
