i run a small home biz and this is my first year to file tax as such. i don't have all the gas receipts properly and even worst i don't have a mileage log either. as long as i can in some way include reasonable mileage on my tax return i don't mind even if it could be less than actual miles. so,

1-what's the current figure for miles deduction provided by irs?

2-how do include that on my return?

I don't want to sound cocky but I Know I have a good voice...but when me and my friend were singing this song she told me to sing one part and she would sing the other well when we were singing i got scared and my voice cracked I can only sing when I'm on the phone with her and i don't even sing that loud how can I get over this? (I do it to my parents too) I'll be singning in my room or the shower and I know that they can hear me but when they want to do karaoke or if they want me to sing for them I'm too shy what can I do? plzzzzzzz help!!

I'm sick of Libs calling everyone ELSE hateful.

They think they're entitled to my money and that it's "unfair" that some people earn more than others. Think about tha for a half a second - that's so offensive, to think that other people don't deserve to keep their hard-earned money, that they're selfish for not wanting to support people they've never met.

I can't think of anything more hateful than the belief that you have a right to force me to support you.

i like disney animated movies...i guess its because i feel like a kid again. but does anyone else think that ever since disney signed with pixar the quality of their movies has gone down. now they are releasing movies like crazy but they arent doing so well whereas when they made movies like the lion king, the princess movies, etc people still love them today but im thinking that the only pixar movies that people will remember without a thought are shrek 1/2, toy story 1/2, happy feet, and finding nemo. what do you think and why?

Say you have a band's album. And you know it really well. You know the order of songs etc, so when one song from that album is played on the radio ... do you expect the ''next'' song?

Does it surprise you when the DJ plays something that you're not sub-consciously expecting.?

My dad was just diagnosed with diabetes type 2. It took all we had to convince him just to take the medication prescribed, so I would like to get as much information and recipes sent to him by mail, since he doesn't use email.

I am 15 years old and my mom took me to get the depo shot today. I didnt know anything about it. The Dr. told me the side effects but that they aren't common. I was researching it on yahoo answers and there are more than enough horror stories about it to make me regret getting the shot.
can someone just tell me the facts about weight gain, depression, dryness(during sexual activity),sexual appetite, and all the other side effects of it.

I've been stuttering ever since i was 5 yrs old. Now its getting in the way of job opportunites and even relationships. I don't know what to do and it so frustrating. I just wish i could not do it anymore but i can't. I realized i barely stutter w/ my best friend but i stutter the most w/ my parents. I even blame them for this problem because i grew up being afraid to talk. Do you think it'll ever go away??

i'm 20 and live with parents. i think it's normal my parents want me to be a doctor or lawyer and i have my own website business which is doing pretty good and they tell me it's not a career. i know that but they are telling me if i become anything else than a doctor or lawyer they wouldn't want to have anything to do with me. i'm going to lawschool in 2 years but i don't want to be a lawyer or doctor. they don't have any faith in my business even though it's doing soo well i'm getting paid like $70,000+ a year with it but i stay home a lot because i do it all from home. they tell me it's not living because i'm working at home. they would rather see me working a $30,000 job at a bank because it's not home. why are they doing this to me? i don't want to do what they want but they keep pushing me and telling me if you don't we don't want to know you. it's killing me i don't want to be a doctor like my parents or lawyer. they want me to make a legal contract saying what i'll do with life
