I bought a house in Ashtabula, Ohio I have lived there 8 yrs. The rental unit next door was once part of my property but was sold off seprately the same time. I never signed an easement for their electric lines and cable ect run over my property. 11ft. above my property. I have asked First Energy to move them and they have refused. I told them I signed no easement and that it was a danger to me and my family that they are so low to no avail. The pole leans and is getting worse. They drop alittle lower every year. My other neighbors lines also run over my property in the front and I cant plant any nice trees in front yard for fear of taking his out also.

I thought that the water in the basement was coming from outside when it rained or the snow melted until today after my oldest son who is almost 6 went to the bathroom and I heard it raining in the basement. Than I went into the bathroom and there was water all over the place. I'm nervous about wether or not my floor may rot because I know it is expensive and this has happened before. Any suggestions? He's already not allowed to use toilet paper by himself I'm giving him only a certain amount everytime he goes!

I think my car may have a loose vacuum hose. Whenever I'm at a stop with my foot on the brake pedal, the car vibrates. Then when I accelerate, it goes away. But sometimes there is no vibration at all. It's on & off. If there is a loose hose, will it correct itself on it's own without adjusting it?

If the business plan deals with the service aspects of the health care industry, all the better, but I'll take whatever I can get.

Most of the biz plans on the net are "edited" or condensed versions of plans and induce people to buy softare applications, etc. in exchange for seeing more of the plan.

I've got a friend who asked me if I had a copy of a business plan she could use as a guideline for writing her own plan, but I can't locate the plans I wrote years ago.

Any help / direction anyone can provide would be most gratefully appreciated.

I have relatives living in a small southern town with a corrupt
Mayor and County officials.The mayor and his family members
and friends own and operate most of the businesses in the city
and county.All the local attorneys are afraid to take a stand
against the officials.County and City officials have forced the
residents to pay for a debt they never incurred.Residents are
harassed,stalked,Jailed,threatened with Jail,threatened about
seizure of property,and summoned to court about paying for a
(TRASH PICKUP)service,they never signed up,or voted for.
Once in court, the Judge demands immediate payment of the
outstanding debt,and signing up for the(Trash Service)or go to
Jail.Local law enforcement officers are being used as the debt
collectors.Even the states Attorney Generals Office,refuses! to
investigate complaints about the events going on in the County.If the lawbreakers are being protected by state and or
federal officials of that state,WHO DO YOU TAKE IT TO?

Is the military ever supposed to be used on it's own citizens?

My cat is on a steady diet. We haven't changed anything. I can tell she eats too fast and when she vomits, it is pretty much whole pieces of food. Is there anyway to get a cat to eat slower and take their time chewing so she doesn't puke???

theres something magicmarker said that really got to me. its that we as wrestling fans like to dish out insults yet the minute we are insulted we start to cry, ***** and report. I admit it i do that too, and so should you. Me as an edge fan, and u as a cena, hardy, dx, kennedy or any wrestler fan tend to do that. So who agree's that we as wrestling can dish out, but sometimes we cant take the hit ourselves? for example, a cena fan makes fun of edge, than i make fun of cena, than they cant take it and start to cry, fuss, and report for no apparent reason. So everyone can say that im a bad person when i do this, but im sure most of you do the same thing not just here, but in general. So you can bash me but than you'll only be proving magicmarker's point! (i swear to god i am not supporting that UFC idiot) so do you agree?

i saw a documentary on the discovery channel the other day it said that when they dropped an object on the surface of the moon
they heard bells
i couldnt watch the whole documentary
