What a beautiful question/message. "Easter" is three days past, & I just saw this. I liked your second paragraph "..can be experienced every day of your life." A "gentle" reminder to those who focus on "special" days....EVERY day is special. I am not a Christian, but I found pleasure in some of my friends pleasure, going to church, & those who celebrated the bunny & chocolate eggs, as you mentioned. I've never seen a posting from a Buddhist that I've not found enriching. Thank you for loving, kindness & friendship. & THANK Gaz, as well. I've learned much from him.

Thank you for your kind thought. We celebrated a belated Ostara yesterday and this morning. Next year we will do better. Ostara is on the Vernal Equinox.
We had an egg hunt this morning. Hilarious good fun!
Though we are not Christians we always pay our respects to Jesus on his holidays. I try to inform my children regarding many different beliefs and the celebrations that go with them.
We will have a nice sit down dinner and say a prayer of apreciation for all the blessings of our lives and the lives of all beings. We will pray for everyone and that humanity will grow to recognise one another with respect and compassion one day. We will pray for this beautiful planet and for the healing and protection of all beings. Gratitude and appreciation. We will celebrate life!!!!!!!!We will remember our ancestors and all those who have gone before us. We will pray and thank those whose lives provide for us our food and shelter. We will not be ungrateful.

Thank you for your lovely thoughts. May you be blessed with true well being today and always. Same to all.

Wishing you a very happy holiday weekend too! Peace!

Happy Birthday Sawyer!!!xo

Gaz, hang in there babe! It will be all the sweeter when you get there! ;o)

It's not Easter yet here in the Pacific Northwest. But I won't be doing anything, because I'm sick. I'll be home resting and drinking a lot of fluids.

What a refreshing message! I would wish peace & happiness to everyone, & I respect whatever "faith" they choose, or if they have none. We have an immutable interconnectedness that is often forgotten, (or not realized).
I hope you had a wonderful day, & every day.
