I really want to know be honest please. Cause it does make me feel horrible to some extent to ask my friends if they study and they say No. Cause I know a study sorta. I'm in Spanish with my friends they get A's on al lthe test and they say they never study i do get B's - A-'s. Are they lying to make themself look more intelligent?

An actor 'K' gets a LETTER from one of his female fans.She writes "i like your looks , you are very hot and sexy, i am in love with you..i want to do sex with you..tomorrow i will come to your office";sends her photo and adress to actor'K'. Next day actor'K' waits for her but she doesn't come..angrily 'K' goes to her home and rapes her. When I was 11 or 12 I had a huge crush on 1 of my bro's friends. And sadly, that crush has not faded 12 yrs later. Me & this guy used 2 be quite close friends, but lately he has been ignoring me. I admit, now that I've grown up I'm not the sweet girl that used 2 glue myself to him & tell him I really like him or kiss him on the cheek. Or the girl he used 2 drive home & talk 2 if I had problems. But he don't talk 2 me now. What happened? I still really wanna be w/him. I used 2 think he liked me. He's hated any guy I dated, sayin they weren't right 4 me. He is constantly staring at me whenever we are around eachother. On occasion he has tried 2 take me home, but I told him I wanted more than a 1 nite stand. He said he understood. But then nothing? He still stares @ me all the time, gives me a hug when he sees me, but hardly talks. What is going on? I'm confused, can anyone sort it out?? Does he think cuz I turned down a 1 nite stand, I don't like him now? I don't get it...plz HELP!!!

I had 2 fish and a frog in a one 1/2 gallon tank. The guy at Wallmart told me that it would be fine because the fish were small. Everytime a fish died, my frog got bigger. Did my frog eat the fish, or did the fish die because of cramped space?

Okay I am one of those ppl who are sometimes able to sleep and sometimes cant. Well for the past week or so I have slept so good. This past week I have been really happy because of good thoughts and stuff about my bf...and whatever..But like Last night I couldnt sleep because I sort of had something bad going on and I was really confused and depressed. Help me out here I feel like I am alone in my understanding of greatest. To me if you are going to list the greatest of anything...songs, movies, bands, singers, etc there needs to be a way to judge. Not that mine is right but shouldn't it be a combination of talent, importance, and influence? It bothers me when someone lists as best bands ever groups with one album out and formed in 2003. I can understand "favorite" I love the group Air Supply they are one of my favs but I would never list them as a "great" group. So tell me your opinions please. If you are listing best bands or movies ever you need to list a criteria not just cause it was cool when you heard them on the radio or just came out of the theater.

One of my old aged relative was a central govt. employee who retired in mid 1975. His wife passed away due to a carcinogenic ailment. He is presently aged around 93 years, who have a son aged approx.60 yrs.old, who is a total mentally retarded with ill health and is fully dependant on his father for the last 35 years. The pernsioner is also having two younger son & daughter both married & staying in nearby area. He is staying alone with his mentally retarded son in a very shabby condition.He is having a persisting mental agony for this retarted son and want some arrangement for his crippled son before he passes away. The pensioner confides on her married daughter rather than the married son. So he wants that the family pension benefit to be passed for the maintenance of his retarded son by nominating his daughter.His financial standing otherwise is meagre for his son's maintenance after his death. Can anyone provide detailed guidelines as to how the pensioner can make such arrangement.
