Okay I am one of those ppl who are sometimes able to sleep and sometimes cant. Well for the past week or so I have slept so good. This past week I have been really happy because of good thoughts and stuff about my bf...and whatever..But like Last night I couldnt sleep because I sort of had something bad going on and I was really confused and depressed. Is this suppossed to happen or what?

Yes, it happens to me all the time. I clue into the thoughts that make me restless. I believe in signs and when something is not right and when I can't sleep I take it as a warning. So it is not weird at all. I think a lot of people are like this.

Well, yeah, I mean, it happens to everyone. It's normal. When I'm sad about something -especially if it has to do with my bf- i can't sleep at night. I want to call him, or talk to him, and I just kinda dont fall asleep in a while untl my eyes cant take it anymore.
when we are satisified and happy, we just have a peaceful sleep, excited and anxious for the next day! :]

No it shouldn't be that way. You are too emotional and let things get to you. This will cause you troubles the rest of you life if you don't learn to let things go. Most of the things you worry about you have absolutely no control over. You couldn't do anything about them if you wished. Just let it go.

there is nothing wrong with you! you are like everyone else. you allow your feelings to dominate your life. what i mean is that; if everything in your life is going great for you; you are a peach, but if you are troubled then instead of dealing with your problems or talking them out with someone you allow them to take over and you can hardly live as you should. take a deep breath and talk out your worries!

worry and stress can disturb your sleep. Get some exercise and it'll help you sleep better.
