I really want to know be honest please. Cause it does make me feel horrible to some extent to ask my friends if they study and they say No. Cause I know a study sorta. I'm in Spanish with my friends they get A's on al lthe test and they say they never study i do get B's - A-'s. Are they lying to make themself look more intelligent?

they may be lying you never know if these kids are acing these Spanish quizzes and didn't study it's luck, but luck...well you don't get that lucky to get a 90 or higher when you haven't studied the material. They might of studied and aren't telling you the truth or they could get it in class when the instructor goes over the material. good luck if you want to do well study hard luck will not get you through school. working hard will.

I don't really study for Spanish because of all the homework i have everyday, and the activities in class. When it comes to test, I only study what I don't know. And maybe review before right before the test.
other classes i do study, depending on the class.

Well, your friends are probably Hispanic and they speak Spanish at home. That would of course make them get a better grade. I speak Spanish and I never really had to study. What was really important in Spanish class, was to be sure you used the commas, and all those symbols at the right places. Hmmm... Try joining some Spanish club and they'd be willing to help you out. After school... During lunch... A "B" is actually not bad in Spanish class, if it is not your first language.

Define study. For me, paying attention in class, taking notes of important points, doing the assigned homework, and reviewing it in class and asking questions on something I didn't understand was enough to do very well.
The actual act of taking the notes focused my mind on those points. I seldom actually looked at my notes again. Doing the homework was the most important.
But I rarely looked over my notes or re-read the text book before a test.

Yes probably! no matter what your friends say STUDY. If u study u can make A's. you can never study to much. They say they dont study but they probably do.They say they don't because they dont wont to look like neards. One time I didn't study and i made a F. My teacher let me retake the test i studied and made a A. Not all teachers would let u do that! I take spanish and if i didn't study i would fail! Just study. Trust me

Some people just have to work at it harder. I have to study, but when I was in nursing school we had several in our class who say they never studied. Who really knows? I can say they seemed a little tired alot for people who never had to stay up studying. Obviously they study to an extent otherwise they wouldnt be in the class trying to learn it.

it was very common when i was in high school or early college to here from the top students that they never study as hard as they are supposed to. anyway, try not to be affected by these stuff. nobody is born with the knoewledge and intelligence does not create high scores. Studying is a sign of devotion not stupidity.

Even if they are telling the truth they will get caught in college and graduate or professional school having no study skills. You just keep doing what you must to learn and get good grades, it's a mistake to compare yourself to others. It's important to develop a work ethic and the ability to focus and you are doing that when you study, so keep up the good work.

I've never really studied for a test in my life. I figured if I did the homework and listened to the lectures, I either know the stuff or I don't. But then I've also never been one to panic at the thought of test-taking either.

ur hypothesis may be correct or skewed. some ppl do study and do poorly on tests. some study and do fine while others study and excel. there aer others who do not study and do poorly, average or excel. if u don't study and u excel than u have rather good memory, b/c u can do well on tests with out studying and just remembering class notes and discussions.
continue to study, studying will spawn greatness.
