Thanks to everyone who responded to my parental rights question-your insight was very helpful-so much so that I would like some help with something else- I am an assistant at a group home for mentally disabled adults. A few months ago, a client of mine attacked me, held me down, fondled me, and told me I was his and he loved me-Since then he has said he dreams about me nightly. I know this is a risk I take by working in this field-HOWEVER- I do not feel safe being in the same room with this particular client anymore. Now, the company is telling me that they believe the client has some guilt and sexual issues with me JUST being in the house and if the situation doesnt get resolved, I will be forced to transfer to another home almost an hour from where I live and if I refuse, they said I will be terminated. What are my legal rights here-?after all I was the victim and in no way did anything wrong. Can they really fire me if the client doesn't come around? Thanks so much for your advice

I'm not one of those fan girls who thinks that everything she touches turns to gold. I can see why some people might not like Evanescence because it can be kind of commercial, but it really isn't that bad. I just feel like people write it off just because it's not cool to like them or something like that, particularly music snobs. I can't see why people just can't be open to the music.

Which route would you choose and why? CJ/Pol. Science, Legal Studies/Paralegal, PSY?????

I am at a point where I must decide ...finally.... what I will be majoring in.

I will go to law school once I obtain my BA/BS, although I am majoring in PSY, I want to be sure that I don't miss out on a possibly more applicable/beneficial major. I hate to switch but if there is any time to do so it's now.
I know that ultimately I am the only one who can make this decision; however, I am asking for opinions, feedback, alternatives...... answers:)

i'm still in love with my daughters father. we have been friends since we ended our relationship but now we both think we should have gave each other another try before we ended now our old feelings are back we are always reminicing about our past. now the problem is we both are married to other people he is my best friend and he knows things about me that my husband don't even know about me. he is all i think about morning noon and night we talk on the phone everyday all day i've always been able to be myself around him but around my husband i feel so not me i don't want to hurt my husband cause he is a good man i do love him i'm just not in love with him. and i don't want to keep holding on to this other man if i'm not gonna be with him i don't know what to do this is causing a problem with my everyday life i'm so unhappy please give advice thank you for reading!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My right lower rib has been hurting constantly here lately..it use to just hurt every now and then but now it just hurts constantly...my back has hurt for 2 days now..all over!!! very uncomfortable..i have pain in my bikini line area like were the folds of ur legs are between ur legs..but i get the sharp pain when i lift my legs or move a certain way when i'm laying in bed at night...or when i'm in bed and i'm turning ..it'll hurt all over my belly for a few seconds...very uncomfotable..does anyone know whats wrong with me? is it normal?

He has measured large for my past 2 doctors appointments. When I was born I weighed 8 lbs 6 oz. I am a small girl. I'm 5'1 and when I'm not pregnant weigh about 125. Does this sound like my baby will be big? Has anyone had this happen?

Well i have a quetion me and my family move out of a bad area and moved into a good area and yea my bf ain't a perfect person he has a backround but he change his life went out got a job and stood out of trouble thee only thing is that we move to an all white neighborhood and my bf is Afraican American there was one woman that threathen me and told me that she would do what she can to put him away for a long time i called my owner to see if he can come and break the lease he dodge my calls and refuse to return my calls i spoke to his wife and his wife had told me that the police calles her husband and told them they were going into my home they grab my bf on 6-6-06 out of his car brought him to the house walk him in and straight to the back the raided my house and said they found drugs and guns if that was the case why did they only lock my bf up for as much as they said they found i feel there was no john doe i feel he was the target and i wanted to know wat can i do "HE NOT GULITY"

I work at walmart and today at work someone "proposed" to their girl over the intercome. When she came to the register she was embarrised so was kinda yelling at him because she was at work but she said yes and he lifted her in the air. the weird thing was though that he never got down on one knee and there was no ring either. am i wrong to think that without a ring its not a true engagement?

Ok, I heard this one song a very long time ago. It was a blues song about a husband and wife arguing. The blues player would sing as the husband, but anytime the wife would speak it was played by the guitar. He did it so well... you can understand what the wife was saying. This was all done by the guitar. Any idea what the song name is and artist?
