You don't say WHY you need a supplement!

I take Women's Ultra Mega Active Multivitamin from GNC because I don't eat everything that I should.

Age, children, lifestyle, dietary choices, stress levels, all kinds of things influence the nutrients you need to supplement.
I have found that Doublex from Nutrilite works the best for me - balanced, enough of the right nutrients for me. Its available from quixtar.com or lmentze.qbeautyzone.com - you can also take their online health questionnaire from Nutrilite to help, or consult a nutritionist.

But you need to work out what you really need.
If you're a new mother you need more iron and calcium/magnesium than someone without children.
If you're vegetarian, you need a number of nutrients you're missing from your diet (protein, all the B vitamins, a lot of the heavier minerals).
If you smoke, you need more vitamin C.
If you're stressed, you need more vitamin C, vitamin A, B vitamins, vitamin K, and calcium/magnesium.
