What are the best colleges of USA.I do ot care if it is in any location. There is no college location restriction.
I am going for Software engineering so it must match that.
Also I want to apply for scholarship.Will that college give me scholarship?
ALSO Iam not a USA citizen.

Plz if there is any teacher will he answer?
