have a nice cry and go to sleep, then wake up the next morning with puffy eyes- then it looks like i was doing drugs making that day even worse! then i read a little of my bible and feel better!

i go home and lock myself in my room with the lights out. i then put my head in my pillow and scream till i cant scream anymore. then i either hit the bed or cry myself to sleep for a couple of hours

i had one today. i got pissed off at everything well 2 of my friends were being biatches and were just being rude to me and my other friend so that got me a bit annoyed. o well i just listen to a sad song and cry. :)
