How humbled are you when you think of what Christ did on the cross for the mistakes YOU have made? Why?

Having a wedding at a library in Chicago....I've been toying with some ideas like antique or old world candelabras with some ivy greens and rose petals surrounding the base, and for added height...placing the candelabras on varying heights of stacks of old books per table.

Does that sound good? Should the candelabras match or should I have a variety? And other ideas with library-theme??

It may be a really silly question... but I just moved into a new apartment and now have a gas stove - something I've never used before. I know it's easy and everything but I'm still inclined to use alternative methods if I can.

Now my question: can you use a crockpot turned on high to cook things like pasta and hard-boiled eggs?

I have this male friend at my college, and I noticed lately that he talks to me only when he needs help with something.. He messages me on MSN about whatever he needs help with, but when I message him just to talk he NEVER responds... Me n ma bf have been together 10months and lately i feel like im only 18 and im already settled down for life. I love ma bf to bits but feel like im missing out on life. It's really sore... it's in my hip, and the only thing my Dr gives me is painkillers. I'm way too young for a hip replacement, which I wouldn't want yet anyway. I also take cod liver oil for it, and am on the waiting list for physiotherapy. Anything else I can do... I'm fed up with limping around like someone 3 times my age!

10% of your wedding budget sounds like a lot of money when you hear it, but would you consider the extra help for you, your family and guests if they were willing to bring down the price and work within your budget?

It's great to have family and friends help, but wouldn't it be nice to have the extra help so they can enjoy themselves?
