Well it speaks very little of his years before His ministry which was not when he was 20 but 30. It does tell in the Bible of when Jesus' family was traveling with others Mary and Joseph had lost sight of Jesus but, just figured He was off playing with His friends. That night theycouldnot find him. So they went back to look for Him. They found Him in a temple speaking with the church leaders. And when His parents found Him He stated You should have known Id be in the temple about my Fathers business. Loose paraphrase. Peace out........

Not much is known about the adolescent years of Jesus. However, within the age range that you asked about, the Bible mentions that when Jesus was 12 years old, His parents found him in a Jerusalem temple speaking with the priests there about spiritual matters. The Bible says that everyone who heard Him was amazed at His vast knowledge of such things. After this, there is no more mention of Him until He is about 30 years of age.

There's theories and possibly some books about what he did or didn't do. There's a couple of stories in the bible about him at ages 12-13 and apparently this is when he was finding out how different or special he was. He went to see priests and doctors (ventured on his own/his mother and father (earthly) had to go look for him) LOL. But no there's really no proof of his teen years, nor is there really any proof of his existence. The bible (contrary to popular belief) isn't exactly a book of literal truth, it can be interpretted in so many ways.
No, Dave he's in a bubble now. I do agree Christ was extraordinary but perfect and sinless, hmmm, I question that. If he was so perfect than why didn't he tell his parents (Mary and Joseph) that he would be at the temple, see you at supper? LOL. Anyway, he's in a bubble now because his followers have exalted him to the ultimate god and the one and only true god in their eyes.

There is only one account of Jesus boyhood in the bible and that is when Mary and Joseph thought they had lost him in a city and were frantically searching for him. When they found him learning scriptures from the Pharisee's of the time. He was 12 years old at the time.

actually His life was told from 30 - 33.5
imagine that. the number of completion is 7. His ministry was 3.5 years. As if to say...I am halfway done and I will be back.
Anyhow, it was a lot like a normal Jewish boy except sinless. He taught in synagogue at age 12, which is recorded.
Blessings
David

While we do not have a clear scripture revealing the thoughts of Jesus as a baby, we can at least discover from Scripture that as a young child He was well aware of His work. Jesus was preparing even as a boy to finish the work His Father sent Him to do. When His parents were concerned about His being missing on a trip to Jerusalem, they found Him in the temple "sitting in the midst of the teachers, both listening to them and asking them questions." (Luke 2:46). When asked why He would disappear and worry them so, He told His parents: “’Why did you seek Me? Did you not know that I must be about My Father’s business?’ But they did not understand the statement which He spoke to them.” (Luke 2:49-50). Joseph and Mary may not have understood, but Jesus certainly did understand at the age of twelve that He was the Son of God and that the Father had foreordained the work He was to do.
After the incident in the temple, we are told "And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men" (Luke 2:52). If at this point in Jesus' experience He knew everything, it would not follow logically that He would need to "increase in wisdom." We know He had to grow physically (in stature), but we must also believe the scripture where our understanding fails us, that is, that He also put Himself voluntarily in a position where He needed to assimilate knowledge as a man. He needed to be truly man. He was always God, but He needed to become in all ways, except for sin, a man as well. In theological terms we refer to this as the hypostatic union. In order for Him to have a legitimate experience of temptation, He needed to limit certain facets of divine advantage. In this He emptied Himself of all His observable physical characteristics of divinity such as described in Revelation: "His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters" (Revelation 1:14-15). We know this to be true because Isaiah describes Him in this way: "For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, And as a root out of dry ground. He has no form or comeliness; And when we see Him, There is no beauty that we should desire Him. " (Isaiah 53:2).

The only recorded story from that time is in Luke 2:41-52
41Every year his parents went to Jerusalem for the Feast of the Passover. 42When he was twelve years old, they went up to the Feast, according to the custom. 43After the Feast was over, while his parents were returning home, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem, but they were unaware of it. 44Thinking he was in their company, they traveled on for a day. Then they began looking for him among their relatives and friends. 45When they did not find him, they went back to Jerusalem to look for him. 46After three days they found him in the temple courts, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions. 47Everyone who heard him was amazed at his understanding and his answers. 48When his parents saw him, they were astonished. His mother said to him, "Son, why have you treated us like this? Your father and I have been anxiously searching for you."
49"Why were you searching for me?" he asked. "Didn't you know I had to be in my Father's house?" 50But they did not understand what he was saying to them.
51Then he went down to Nazareth with them and was obedient to them. But his mother treasured all these things in her heart. 52And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.
