i had a internal ultrasound because they couldnt hear the heartbeat yet so they told me the babys heartbeat was 107 bpm and then said it was low but then i looked it up and they said it was normal ... so does anybody know if it is or not ?can anybody help me ? or tell me what i did or what i could do to make it higher .

I had my navel pierced recently and I just got some sea salt to soak it with. Is this kind okay? Morton Sea Salt (Fine Salt). It says it does not supply Iodide. What mixture do i need to use with this sea salt and how long should I hold it onto my piercing? I just wanted to check about this first. Thanks!

I went out with this guy on a date. (The same guy I had talked about before) We had an amazing time and then ended up sleeping together. he called the next day from work saying if he could call me back. that was last thursday. He actually went about 4 days I think without calling. I was shopping yesterday(tuesday, april 5th) and walked right past the store this guy works at. since i regularly shop there i just decided to try calling him and seeing if i could talk to him about the situtation face to face. i didnt want things to be akward and just wanted to casually date so i wanted to tell him that. he answered was friendly as normal, told me he just started his lunch break(20 minutes) and that he wanted to talk to me if i did. we met up and i told him how i felt (it was too long to call, if he was interested just out of respect to tell me now because i didnt want things to be akward in the store etc) he looked very suprised and said he thought he called me the day after. i told him he

I babysit my little sister ( whos 5 years old ) and somedays she just refuses to eat..she tries to say she doesnt like it but they are things she eats all the time so i know she likes it but she just doesnt want to eat, she just want to go play...so she just sits at the table and cries cos she doesnt want to eat..i just dont know how to handle this, i mean she has to eat something..and i dont have alot of money so whatever we have is all we have ya know, but she just refuses to eat.. i just dont know how to make her eat i havent delt with this stuff cos my son is only 15, but any suggestions ?? thanks alot

i need a good exfoliator and moisturizer!! ive tried proactiv but everytime i wash my face and apply the foundation, my skin flakes terribly. are there any good exfoliators out there that'll get rid of the dead skin cells and moisturizers to keep my skin from flaking. nothing too expensive and nothing too mild because i also have acne. thank you

okay me and my ex gf was together for 3 years and we had a nasty breakup but recently she gave me her new phone and i didnt ask for it and she still always calling to tell me all these things that going on in her life, like the other day she called me and told me she had got her drivers license and then she called me on my birthday three times to tell me happy birthday. And the other night she called me when her son got sick and she just let me know what had happened to him and her son still calls me daddy even though im not his real father. Why do she still let me in on all these things when she was the one that broke up with me.

I think she is a great down to earth person, I really enjoy her shows because I can relate to her everyday tips and techniques, and it is fun to watch, I use to watch Martha Stewart but now I am hooked on Rachael she seems more like me down to earth not pretentious
