its world wide my mom believes in ghost and there are a lot of ghost stories floating around in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and that region in general. they sound better because that part of world is not that developed and it still has this like jungle quality to it....

There are indeed stories of ghosts or spirits in just about every culture, from the animists of Borneo to the Christians of Rome, from Islam to Judaism, from Orthodox to Baptist. Perhaps the better question would be to find a culture or belief where ghosts or spirits do not exist. I doubt there is one

I'm not certain I understand your question. Are you talking about dealing in spirits or actual STORIES?
Caribbean and African cultures practice voodoo and other sorts of spiritism. Even in Mexico, a predominantly catholic nation has a "Day of the Dead" ("Dia de los Muertos")

each and every subculture in each and every thing of the international, for as long as there has been somebody to tell thoughts to, have had ghost thoughts. it incredibly is why telling them around the campfire is plenty exciting. it is been happening like that for a while and a while!!!!!!!!
