Most people learn quite young (under the age of ten)

The good news is that it is never to late to learn.

If you have a balance deficiency then you can ride a trike. Have a look at this before you scoff. These things usually rate as way cool.

I would say 5 years old to ride a 2 wheeler without training wheels. With training wheels, my grandkids all rode at 3.

4 or 5 usually... once they have a sense of balance with walking it's a good time to teach them to ride a bike. Early development will always trump later development and fear.
