I am working with a mortgage company. after pulling my credit scores I've given him all my paper work, (W-2's , paystubs. etc). He told me even though my credit isn't the best he still can get me 100% financed. He told me let me give it to the underwritters and we should get an approval tomorrow. that was yesterday. Today, I still have not received an approval and I am getting a little nervous. How long does an approval takes? some people tell me it takes only 24 hours, some say it takes weeks. What exactly does the underwriter do? (FYI: I did do my research on this company good reputation and I did not have to pay any up-front fees).

Marinol is a physically non-toxic Schedule III (CIII) drug that can be prescribed for virtually anything a doctor feels that it might be appropriate for, yet most doctors seem reluctant to prescribe it until all other treatment options have failed (if at all).

These other treatment options are almost in all cases more physically toxic than is either Marinol or cannabis itself, so it can't be because they're afraid of bodily harm.

Opioid drugs, benzodiazepines, and many other drugs are severely physically addictive (whereas Marinol is not) and they're prescribed routinely, so it can't be because they're afraid of addiction.

What gives with modern medicine? Why are we ignoring such a seemingly useful, yet benign substance?

Hey.... just want your opinion. I was on depression medicationf for the last year (effexor). I found that it often made me feel more depressed during bad situations and twice tried to overdose on the medication. (i promise i'm not crazy) I stopped taking it after the last incident... about 2 weeks ago and have felt so much better. Happier, more energy, motivation, etc. I know that i have anxiety problems.... when I think of a a bad situation... i can't get it out of my head and make myself sick thinking about it.

i read an article today saying that people sometimes just have the blues rather than depression.

my questions: how do you know if it is the blues or depression (i get devestated after break ups... moreso than normal people... i can't function).

should i be on anxiety med instead of depression?

why do i feel better now that i have stopped taking the med? should i get on something? if so, what works?

pretty mcuh the ugliest car on the road.....especially the ones with the wood trim on them.... looks like a mini hearse!
