By mystical experience, I mean through meditation or prayer, you become one with God, or the Divine, or the World Soul, or however you see it after. I don't believe the experience itself makes these limitations, but when we discribe it later we have to put finite words on the experience.

I also am not talking about normal bedtime prayers. I mean an extreme feeling of Unity with everything.

Do you? Have you experienced this? If so, what was your experience in brief?

OK, lets say you make a deal with the devil, and you ask him i will give you my soul in and all i want is to go back to the very day jesus was on the cross.

No the devil ponders and then accepts. Whooosh!! you go back to the year 33 (the year of his crusificion).

Then you personal kill Jesus as he walk his cross to the hill where he is said to be nailed and killed.

In the bible it says that if jesus was killed by a man, he/she would give birth to satans son.

So 10 months later (1 month to hook up with a chick) she gives birth to the son of devil.

You then make a second deal with the devil saying i will give you your son in return you must send me back to where i came from. 2007.

He that accepts.

Is this true or not, proof that time travel does'nt exist!

My boyfriend is 21. I've been with him for 2 years.

He is VERY spoiled! His dad works constantly....always going out of town, working 12+ hour shifts, etc.. to keep their family provided with more money than they need. His mom stays at home...She is the parent that he spent most of his childhood with. She is very sweet and extremely passive. She is also very sensitive, as he knows and takes advantage of at times. She gives him money every week, takes care of all of the expenses for his apartment and college education and even does some shopping for him on top of all that.

When he wants more $, he usually gets it. But if she says no, he'll make her feel bad about herself and hurt her feelings, so she'll write him a check to get him away from her. Sometimes he'll just tease her and "push her buttons" to see how she'll react, but other times he is extremely mean.

He tries to push my buttons too, but he knows that in the end I won't put up with it like his mom.

Will this continue?

It seems like every time I see a Christian on T.V. or in a movie, they are always these hate filled southerners that are secretly terrible people. And judging from the Christians I know, this is not true, They are welcoming people. What do you think about Christians in movies and T.V. Do u think its true when they say everything happens for a reason? Do u think some people are really meant for eachother and that everyone has a soulmate? or how bout "if its meant to be it will always find a way"..(or whatever.) I have found so far that everything that I have experienced in the OC (scenery, surf, jobs, ect.) has been positive, except the people. Why are people in the OC so smug, judgmental, and self-centered? They act like they are better than everyone else in So Cal and in the country. Why can't they be cool, friendly, and laid-back like people in San Diego? Most of the people there are not rich (except the idiots in Newport who pay over $3,000,000 for a shack on the beach), so why are ALL people of ALL classes in the OC fake and shallow?

I don't agree, but let me assume for now that I do agree it is, so what? What did Christians just accomplish in this? Doesn't mean that magically we're wrong or some alternative thinking. Also, you're trying to saying that the "faith" in not believing in god is like saying the the "faith" in not believing in Big Foot is the same as believing in him.

Okay, I have met with missionaries numerious times and lived with Mormons for two weeks and gone to church a bit.
I want to know why people think the church is true and it's not out of disrespect. I just know that alot of Mormons are really offended whenever I quote the Bible. How is asking a question from the Bible anti if the Church is true and the Bible is true? And why is it that every Mormon's testimony sounds the same. It's boring. A Christian testimony is suppose to be about how God has removed you from sins you use to commit. At least I thought. Does anybody have any touchy Mormon stories they want to tell. I have a few of my own because I've tried believing the church and have gotten blessed in some radical ways but I'm still really stubborn because of the things the Bible says. Also, How do I know tithing isn't witch craft to get those blessings? I'm close to getting kicked out of church for quoting the Bible and I need help.
