Suppose that the power supply is ideal and thus it has no internal resistor. What's the role of resistance in the process of charging a capacitor?

I know this sounds strange, but my mother was telling me about a woman she met when she went to JJC (a junior college). After making small talk on the first day the woman went on to tell my mom that she comes back every year and earns an associate degree. Although this seems odd, I admire her because she has a normal job and is married, but she comes back to educate herself in different job fields. Not only does that give her opportunities for the future, (if her job has to cut some people and can't find a similar job in her area open or she retires and comes back out of retirement and can't get her old job back) but she can help people with a problem that she learned how to fix in school. I admire this woman because it makes me want to further myself in education even when I have a professional job. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it can't hurt to learn something new while you're situated already situated. So, is there someone you admire without actually meeting them?

As you all should know, someone screens the questions that we post here because it takes a few minutes to be seen be all. recently, I posted a question asking about Hispanics' loyalty to illegal immigrants and why they are the only group backing them, but the question never posted. I tried again with the sam equestion and it wasn't posted either. Yet, several times, I have seen questions by some ripping whites for their supposed "racism" towards others. I am not complaining because I am white (obviously by my profile pic), so it's not that I take offense to this; but, I do wonder. Anyone else notice this?

I was thinking about going to the police k9 trials in scottsdale az. Does anyone know how much it cost to get in? Have you been to one? I ordered some discus (two mixed and one red snakeskin) at the beginning of January. They did really well until about two weeks ago. The smallest mixed discus stopped eating. He would swim up to the food like he wanted to eat it then would swim away. After about two weeks he died. The other mixed discus just stopped eating about two days ago and died last night. Now the last discus, the red snakeskin, has started hiding. Do you have any idea what could be wrong? There are no obvious signs of Ick or disease. Water tests are normal. We over quite a variety of foods from beef heart to blood worms to flake food, all of which they liked and eat until recently. Any information would be appreciated greatly!

We've been waiting to be matched with a child (or children) for a year now, since approval (several years since we started the whole adoption process). Feel a bit like our lives are on hold. Have been trying for a family for nearly ten years in total.

We've done the holidays, preparing the house (as much as we can), spending quality time as a couple, etc.

Does anyone have any constructive ideas how we can pass the time while waiting?

My son is 7 months old and has been going to his babysitter for 3 months now. He is nice and settled there and seems happy. The problem is though, she is running an in home daycare that is not yet certified. The ratio even in her hand book is not to be above 6:1. She just took on 2 more kids which makes her ration 7:1 and she has 3 of her own small children. I am very unhappy about this. She seems to think that the older children ranging from 2-8 can play together while she watches the 2 babies. I just don't see how she can take care of all those children. I want my child to have great care. I don't feel comfortable with the amount of children she is taking on, but I don't want to take my son from daycare to daycare either. How do I bring this up to her? What should I do? I am really upset about this.

I have tried everything I can to get her to come back, but she disregards me like I'm dirt on her shoes. I know she won't come back now. I have no friends at all (due to a life in the military where I moved often and had no chance to form real friendships) and I don't know what to do. I contacted my wife via letter to ask her just to come and talk to me as I have no-one else and it's killing me, but she said she can't help me.

We were together since we were 17 and everything I see and hear in the world has memories of us.

I am close to suicide every day and I am terrified that I will just give up one day soon. Is there anything I can do?
