What does it mean when you are being interviewed and the interviewer puts three x's by your name?

My husband was recently in an interview and while he was answering a question the interviewer put three x's by his name.

Everyone has their own code, it's impossible to know what this one person means by their own code. Your husband should have a sense if the interviewer was reacting to something he said, and if it was positive or negative. Had he just said, "I'm a hard worker with three excellent references" or "I was fired from my last job for stealing"? The x's would mean something different in either case.

It's that interview's personal code and not something common. Could mean husband fits 3 different criteria they're looking for.

It could mean anything...........maybe he answered 3 questions right, maybe he was his 3rd choice. It could mean he thinks your husband would be a good porn star..........nobody but the interviewer knows what he means.

i agree with the previous answers but it could also mean they asked him so many questions and they gave him a rating out of 5 or or summat
