Damn straight. Pay attention. This is why women can't have it all: HYPERGAMY. Men can have it all because they'll marry down and are happy to support someone to take care of the kids, enabling them to have a career and a family.

No such thing is acceptable for women.

With the divorce rate and laws - and The Marriage Strike, men are more interested in their own thing than working hard to be a "good provider" candidate for a marriage in which they have to still work, do housework, have to put up with nagging and/or get taken to the cleaners. We're not such lemmings as to see work as something other than just that.. WORK.

i've lost a horse and a number of other things in my life. and i cant let go

the horse (montana) was one of the most important things in my life. i loved him so much i would do anything to keep him forever with me. but i had to let him go away with previous owners and then because of neglect he died. it been almost half a year. and i cant get over it. i cry all the time. i keep wanting him back. i feel guilty. even for a differnet horse that i left years and years ago. i still cry and i'm still not over it. half the time i happy and hyper with my friends. and the other half i'm depressed, self defeating. and then i think of what i lost, and how it might be my fault. and how i could've changed things if i did this or that. do i need therapy? i want to be able to think of it, and accept it. but i cant accept that they're gone. i still want them all back. i cant handle losing them. especially montana.

Just curious...we have all seen The Wizard of Oz! (all white cast meembers) but has anyone seen the version with Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Nipsey Russel and Diane Carrol ???(All Black cast members) In my family we watched both but just came to find a lot of people even blacks have never seen it!!!! My girlfriends and I were at lunch and the subject of sex came up. Tracey met a guy, there was instant chemistry, they text messeged each other all the time, spoke on the phone a lot, then one night they had sex. She said it was great. He kept calling out her name, moaning, kissing her, etc.
After that night, Tracey never heard from the guy again. He wouldn't return phone calls or text messages.
So her question was, why would a guy give her so much attention, then never call her again?
Is this the typical one-night stand behavior for guys?

I'm a 16 year old female. I'm kinda chubby. I'm 5'1 1/2 and 130lbs. I want to feel more confident in a healthy way and improve my self esteem. Give me exercises other then cardio that are fun to do. I'm already going to start half an hour of the treadmill so I already have cardio worked in my schedule. Can someone just try to tell me I can do it. I know I'm the only one that can motivate myself to do it but if you would just tell me I could do it then it would help. Sorry if I'm rambling on and on.

I am 5'1 and 100lbs. I know most of you would say I'm normal but I want to be skinnier. I try so hard to lose weight but i just cant seem to and it seems like not eating is the only way it would workout. I didn't eat breakfast or lunch. I came home from school and ate a yogurt, pizza and ice cream. then at 8:00 had fruit and salad? I'm really dissappointed that I ate the ice cream and pizza, do you think it will ruin it? I walked to my friends house and back and to the park and did cardio a little bit ago and ab workouts. please help be honest.
