Sure... for fun you could see how the change in formula changes the color and texture of the baby's poo..... Imagine it, "This is the similac brown, and this is the Gerber's green. They paint a lovely contrast to the dark soy brown and the Enfamil black, don't you think?"

Well my baby drank for 2 months Similac and then I changed to Enfamil and I had no problem, I gave her a little bit of water between the last Similac bottle and the first Enfamil....... A lot of babies change formula when they have a problem and they are trying to see which one is best for the baby.... But you can't be going back and foward with the formula... if you changed and the baby accepted stick with that one....

No not a good idea. A baby does get use to the milk that he eats. It can make the baby not want to eat or sick if u switch between formulas often. Inan event that u totally run out of formula and the other brand is what u have handy in the house then go ahead but dont make it a habit. Stick to the usual formula at all cost.

i have a 4month old. and i switch between different soy formulas at times, but all in all it is better to stick with one brand. there are some proteins that is stronger in some than others. and also the baby digest formulas differently. i know this cause my baby went through hard times with allergies to milk based formulas that led to soy, yeah had to spend lots of time at the doctors.

No it is not all the same. Differences in the manufacturing processes, different additions of vitamens and minerals and various other colorings are all possible.
Even within a batch of formula of the same brand, minute differences occur.
To change between brands with a small baby is inviting a belly ache and some sleepless nights.
Stick to one formula.

No, if you need to switch formulas then it is best to do it gradually. Different formula brands digest differently and switching too fast can upset baby's tummy.

There are differences. If one formula works, stick with it. Why chance your baby developing diarrhea, or colic...

I wouldn't switch around as you really don't know if they are different or not. Babies stomachs can be very sensitive.
