Who didn't do stuff in college that they then decided was unwise?
Did you know that George W. Bush did coke? A lot. And for a very long time.

President Bush did cocaine in college. President Clinton smoked pot (and yes, he inhaled) in college. Why not Obama? I'm glad to see that double standard is going away after the railroading Judge Bork got during his confirmation hearings in the 80's over smoking pot. As long as he's not doing it now, I have no problem with it. I'm not going to vote for him anyway, but lets not make a mountain out of a mole hill.

Honestly, these questions really irk me. Why would we fixate on one aspect of a person's life when they have clearly redeemed themselves over the course of their adult years? Would you want to be defined by the mistake(s) you made in your early, immature years? The reason it's on his website is because he wants to be honest - that says more about Mr. Obama than the fact that he did the cocaine in the first place.

Not really, that was quite a while ago, and he's not an addict. At least he admits his mistakes, unlike the last couple of presidents we've had.
I'm more concerned on the fact you can't spell 'college'.

What's wrong with responsible recreational substance use? People drink responsibly; what's the difference if these same people smoke cannabis or snort cocaine?

Everyone knows that. I did Coke more then once, I was young and would never consider doing it again. I'm just happy he was honest about it.
