I know it sounds extreme but I am sick of all the crap that goes on in this country and all the others for that matter, I want to live by my own law not someone elses, I am not asking how to start a government, but is it still accepted, and is there any land somewhere (Besides Antarctica) that is unclaimed by any countries? Or is it possible to buy complete rights to say an Island or something so that I don't pay Taxes to that country or anything, Meaning I have complete command over the Island or whatever and it no longer belongs to the formentioned country?

When I go to save an image in Photoshop it asks me how I want to save it. e.g Windows, Mac Master then asks me normal or interlaced?

The it asks me another question. I always click on whats recommended but would love to know more info on the options.

This is the situation, let us say that you created a Visual Basic executable program that has connections with a database, let us say that your database is MS Access. Using FTP, you upload your webpages so that it can be viewable online. But what if one of your webpages need to connect to your Visual Basic executable program, how can you upload your .exe program to FTP?
Please solve my problem. The situation above is what I am experiencing today. I created a web page for submission but the problem is that FTP cannot support executable program.
A technician says that I need to have a very own server to support my .exe files and to call from the uploaded webpage to local server, but the machine must be turned on all the times. Is this true? Please suggest or give information on how to solve my problem.

Yesterday I had my first litters of baby guppies... 3 females dropped babies in 1 day! So I have a huge tank, 55 gal, with 30ish baby guppies in it. It also has 4 chinese algae eaters. I woke up this morning, and I see the algae eaters frequenting the spots where all the babies were clustered at the water line. Will they seek out and eat my babies? I know they can get aggressive as adults, but these guys are still pretty small.. none over 1.5-2". Please help, I'd like to get the CAE's out of there as soon as possible if this is the case! Thank you :)

I have checked the lens both sides and i dont know whats up.theres no marks on the lens but on my photos theres a few faint dots coming out.it also comes tru to the viewfinder.is it possible its something going on inside the lens.any help would be appriciated.thank you

I have a male labrador retriever, and he is really gentle and he loves cats and other dogs. He is almost 6 years old. He accepted my kitten fast! About the chihuahua... boy or girl? I went to a pet store and met the boy ones (they seemed fighsty) , and my neighbor across the street has a girl chihuahua(she seemed really calm and sweet). She let me play with the puppy for an hour or so at my house. My dog really loved her and my cat just got kinda freaked out... but he'll be fine. My male dog is fierce over his terratory though (with males)... I am leaning more towards the girl side! They seem sweeter than the boys and calmer. I asked my friends and family what they thought, but most said girls... because you can dress them up cute. That is not the reason why I want a girl though. I think a girl may be better for my dog. Please tell me what you think... don't just throw in some stupid answers, please! Thank you and I am looking forward to see what everyone thinks...

it first happened last thursday when, I think, a worm took out my ashampoo antivirus. when i was at work, my IT colleague managed to regain my internet connection to our office LAN.
