It looks like a warhol, and if it is, theres no where you can get it cheap.
If its just a cheap copy cat, than you can probably get a print of it for really cheap.

I can tell you for sure it was done by Andy Warhol.
I'm not sure if it has an actual name, other than possibly Audrey Hepburn. Warhol wasn't big into naming his stuff.
I searched several art sites, couldn't find. Marilyn Monroe, plenty; Jackie Kennedy, plenty. But no Audrey.
E-bay has them as earrings, very cheap ($4.19)

Definitely a Warhol. Do an Andy Warhol poster search and you may come up with it.
