Bush led his country and others into a war on a lie. I believe He should pay for every single women and child who has died in Afghanistan and Iraq as well as every single american soldier.

WMD`s Okay this is the reason he pushed the UN to allow to go into iraq. If you can remember back That far. Now he says hes there to libirate the ppl......hmmm lol

Guys!!!why are you so angry with the question? You are angry, because you are not aware of the reasons of why the USA has been still in Iraq.You were told that the Muslims are your enemy,pardon, not only yours, they are the devils of the world. And also you were made to believe that in Iraq there were nuclear weapons.Morever, Bush believed and made you believe that "the USA is superman(messiah) of the world.America should save all innocent Muslims from the hands of Saddam or Talibans and should bring them democracy". However, it is the lie.Because as the whole world knows the reason ,why America is here, is very simple.The USA always wants to control oil and that is why she has been still there.Besides,what America has been done in Iraq, has she brought them democracy?Yes, "the first democratic election" was made and a Kurd leader (talabani)was made the Prime minister of iraq.how that election could be democratic? in ıraq the kurds are minority and so, it is imposible for Kurds to constitue the majority of the votes.furthermore, do you know what is happening in the north ıraq in kerkük and musul.the arap and Türkmen populations are been killed and lots of kurts are moving to the north to make themselves majority in the north. why? the reason is again so simple: because in Autumn 2007 there will be a referendum in the north and the people will vote about the Independent Kurdish State.Is this democracy-to chance the demografik form of a place and make a refererandum there? also, the other lie of Bush is again so clear that they couldn't find any nuclear weapon there.Bush has still been lying and also people are still dying in iraq(from both sides-innocent people and soldiers)Bush should pay what he has done in iraq. his crime is again clear; being responsible of murderes. he is still cheating the americans.

FACTS Lady Only the Facts! Would You Put Clinton and Gore on trial first for downsizing the military, not going after them for the first World Trade Center Attack among other things? Opening the borders and not not protecting American citizens? Wasn't it Clinton that allowed the Republican Guard of Sadaam Huessein into the USA particularly Iowa and Florida?

If that is your standard then every leader whose country has be involved in a war under his watch should have been tried for war crimes. So George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe, Andrew Jackson, Martin Van Buren, William Henry Harrison, John Tyler, James Polk, James Buchanan, Abraham Lincoln, William McKinley, Woodrow Wilson, Warren Harding, Franklin Roosevelt, Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, John Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, and Bill Clinton are all war criminals according to you.

Also, with cluster munitions, American forces most likely would not use them in Urban environments due to the 2-4% dud rate that they have. Duds don't just kill and injure kids they also can kill and injure our guys. The use of munitions, such as the CBU-59 or DPICM, would be foolish in an area where our forces would have to operate.

Gitmo IS NOT a violation of the Geneva Conventions (GC). The people that are being held at Guantanamo Bay are illegal combatants and are not protected by the GC but the US gives them protection of the Third Geneva Convention of 1949. Something that I guess the terrorists who cut off peoples heads have yet to read.
Even the International Committee of the Red Cross has said that the US has the right to legally prosecute any internee at Guantanamo Bay suspected of having committed war crimes or any other criminal offence punishable under US law.

Also with the death toll of 650,000. Many people refute this number as being inflated. The original report claims somewhere between 393,000 and 943,000 Iraqis have been killed. But the very same report claims the the deaths of children has dropped by 2/3 since the US invasion started. The anti-war web page http://www.iraqbodycount.org/ claims between 60,411 and 66,280 have been killed. Why cant anyone decide how many Iraqis have died?

I am a more than one time war vet ,and I am really starting to get bored with these accusations also, do some research before just making wild accusations, and on top of it why don't you go enlist and fight over seas and than tell me how you feel. And the one guy is right be glad that people like me have gone and fought for your freedoms and we have leaders who fight for our country or you would not be able to even ***** about your govt and would most likely be put to death for it. Actually, that is not a chargeable war crime because lying to us is not an international offense. However, invading a country that has shown no hostilities, as a pre-emptive strike violates international treaties that this very country had a hand in writing. So there's one charge.
Using spent radioactive pellets in armor piercing rounds has been condemned by most of the world including the countries we call terrorist states. (these rounds bump up the background radiation levels, they were used in desert Storm as well and the ensuing birth defects from this practice is clear in today's Iraq). Another potential charge.
Using cluster bombs in civilian areas is a practice barred by all nations of conscience but we dumped plenty on Iraq. (unexploded bomblets are bright yellow and attract children whom bring them home and often have them detonate killing all in the household). another potential charge.
Gitmo's very existence is a violation. Another charge.
Openly, violating the Geneva Convention. Another charge.
All we need do is let him finish and when he's out hand him over to the world court to answer for his actions. If he has nothing to hide then he has nothing to fear, as his supporters like to say.

There was no weapons of mass destruction found in Iraq.That was a bald faced lie by Bush Cheney Blair and Powell and company.
America invaded and 650,000 humans are dead, along with twice the 3250 official number of US soldiers.(genuine controversy about real numbers-see Bob Woodward's book)
Al Queda was not in Iraq.(the Ansar group was small and limited and virtually under total containment in Northern Iraq)
America invaded and Iraq is Al Queda's new base of operations with thousands and thousands of new recruits in training.
Iraq was an independent state -now, foreign interests who don't have it's best interests at heart are carving it up:
ie: Israel-a state hated by Arabs-was not in Iraq.
Now Israel's Mossad operates boldly in Iraq.
Iran-once a bitter enemy of Iraq-now has official offices in Iraq and the US complains it is dictating policy.
I don't know if they can get him for war crimes but they should designate Bush's policies FUBAR and impeach him before he helps Al Queda attack America any more.
