Bible purists believe we're all children of Adam and Eve, going back only a few thousand years. But human beings have developed into distinct races in different areas of the globe, according to climate, vegetation and other factors.

How are the differences in ethnic groups explained by creationist Christians? Do any believe that the Tower of Babel story actually suggests changes in the physical appearance of those involved, along with their languages? I'm just curious as to how purists reconcile the evolution of humans in terms of geographical distinctions.

I watch what I eat, I take my medicine and still use antacids daily. It's not a bad heartburn but just an aggrevation to deal with. I've had gerd for five years now, but it seems to have gotten worse over the past 8-10 months. Just looking for some relief.

Ok I know I should know this but if something says you can find the average by dividing the sum of the subtotals(1330.88) by the sum of the numbers(1606)....which one do I do? 1330.88/1606 or 1606/1330.88???

Given the recent developments and scandals with Women in the Military, should we or Women be allowed to serve and fight on the front lines in the Army or Marines, or should they stay in the States with the Air Force, or Navy? And if they can serve in an Armed Service (Army or Marine), should we just stick to what we know best, Cooking and Nursing, or are the Sexes Equal on the Battlefield. I am an african american female, and for the longest I've wanted to grow my hair natural, but I don't know how to start. As of right now my hair is bone straight from a wholel life of perms.
