What's the best way to clean a down comforter after a cat throws up on it? Is there any way to "spot clean"?

Who is the first person you contact? For example, a Braque painting with markings on the back of the painting that dates it to Braques period. It is an oil on board and signed. Is the Braque committee the right people to get in contact with? If not, then who? Any specific names and contact info would be wonderful. Thanks in advance.

Walking can add minutes to your life. This enables you at 85 years old to spend an additional 5 months in a nursing home at $5000/month.

My grandmother started walking five miles a day when she was 60. Now she's 97 years old and we don't know where the hell she is.

The only reason I would take up exercising is so that I could hear heavy breathing again.

I joined a health club last year, spent about 400 bucks. Haven't lost a pound. Apparently you have to go there.

I have to exercise early in the morning before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

I like long walks, especially when they are taken by people who annoy me.

I have flabby thighs, but fortunately my stomach covers them.

The advantage of exercising every day is that you die healthier.

If you are going to try cross-country skiing, start with a small country.

And last but not least...

I don't exercise because it makes the ice jump right out of my glass.

My condo has the original 1988 furnace and its working great, blower, heat etc.... Last year my central AC was changed b/c it was really bad, bad compressor, motor etc. So The repair man installed a new Coleman 10SER central AC in my condo. Labor 1 year, parts 5 year on the house. Its only less than a year and the blower motor is dead. He said he has to go get a new one to correct the problem. Heres my question now.

the question is:

Long story short, a great aunt repeatedly told family members that I was "lying" about my work activities and that I wasn't making presentations at conferences (I actually was). I got sick of hearing about it, so via the US postal service I sent her a copy of a conference program showing my name as a presenter. I also including a nicely worded letter asking her to please stop saying these things about me, that I didn't understand why she insisted on doing this and asking her to please stop. She has now informed everyone that she will be contacting an attorney who will file charges against me for harrassment by communication. Does she have a case? I didn't threaten her, harm her, or use foul language. I simply sent a response to her bad mouthing of me and asked her to stop.

Apparantely UFOs are real, according to ABCNews.com. ABC News interviewed the former Governor of Arizona and did not discount his story about his UFO sighting in Phoenix 10 years ago. On the contrary, they are now giving a detailed account of what he saw with supporting testimony.

If the mainstream media is now coming on board, is UFO disclosure going to be part of the 2008 election?

team shot 88 times. kobe takes half the shots. he doesnt work the offense he is a 1 man show and i i cant wait to see them get served in the playoffs. the reason why you cant compare kobe with jordan is simple. kobe runs his own offense mj ran the triangle. kobe doesnt understand the offense and wont stop begging for the ball. what do you think?
