I've been having symptoms of pregnancy. Lower abdominal pains, back aches, headaches, the whole nine yards. But I only started having unprotected sex saturday. My Home Pregnancy tests say negative. Is it a possibility I'm pregnant anyway? Did I take the test too early? I'm so confused and in need of answers!!!

Lays reptilian eggs
Bill of a duck but SOFT AND SENSETIVE enough to feel a worm under water on the river bed with its eyes closed.
Poisonous barbs on its feet in the mating season only.
Feeds young with no nipples just milk running down its fur which is lapped up by young.
Fur like a mammal but waterproof.
Pockets in its jaw to store food.
Reptilian like shoulder girdle.
Intricate nervous system and a large cerebral vortex which suggests high intelegence.
ALMOST impossible to rear in captivity.

These are just some of it's contradictory features. How do we correlate this with evolution theory?

Please do not respond to my question with insults and put downs. I'm being very serious and sincere, so please try and do the same. I don't really "side" with either political group, but I've been somewhat informed of the differences in thinking between the Dems and Republicans, through the news, and even on Y!A, and personal obsevation. I think I've got an idea of some of the reasons and issues that cause Republicans to agree with the Republican point of view, (conservative, traditional thinking, with most likely a Christian mind-set). My question for Dems/liberals is: What issues or subjects do you feel a moral responsibility for? If you answer that the war in Iraq is immoral, I understand that war is not meant to be pretty, but at the same time, it has always been a part of mankinds existence. It was in Biblical times, and was predicted to take place in our present day. What other issues do you feel strongly about, and are they because you feel "morally" obligated to support or not?

Usually, all they do, if anything is give him money, but think where that money comes from- the taxpayers. Why don't they jail the judge, law enforcement or over zealous prosecuter who only used the innocent man to build up their resume so they could advance their career?

I am currently a Wildlife Biology major with a concentration in Conservation and Biodiversity, and I'm figuring out what courses that I want to take next semester (ewww) :). I was talking to my advisor and he said that Biology majors really don't have the time to commit to art courses because of the outside studio time that is needed and that I won't use it later in life, but I can't help but think that I will use any type of art skills that I have later in life. Is there anyone out there that are involved in biological sciences that has used art frequently, and whether or not you recommend I take it? I'm curious, I have plenty of time to take it, but I would like to know if anyone uses it or if I should focus on something else? THANKS!

I have chest pains today that I woke up with, and a nasty cough. I've had headaches the last couple days as well. "What assumptions do we need to make to prove these statements? It's a given that the proof depends on the fundamental assumption that logic and the process of deduction is a reliable way of determining truth. But when we attempt to prove the existence of God this way we end up with a troubling paradox. If God created everything then He also created logic and deduction. So how can we reliably use logic and deduction to prove the existence of God? It's absurd to even attempt it."
"Therefore, we discover that we can't prove the existence of God with logic and deduction. But in the process of discovering this we've illustrated an important truth. The Atheist isn't really an empiricist after all as he prefers to believe.Instead, he's adopted a belief system that's as arbitrary and unprovable as belief in God.By denying the existence of God the Atheist has really sabotaged his belief in empiricism. In doing this he has inadvertently illustrated that there really is a God after all.Since the

I requested a balance transfer from my Capital One card to my Wachovia checking account. They cannot do direct transfers from one account to another, not in that direction anyway. They mailed a check to the Wachovia corporate office instead. Here is the tricky part. Someone at Wachovia rubber stamped it as being deposited into my account. I know because Capital One sent me a copy of front and back of the check. I have never seen the money. Now neither bank wants to take resposibility for the screwup. They send me to the other requesting forms and actions from the other that the other has no idea the meaning of. What are my legal options? Is this a small claims issue to be taken up with Wachovia, based in Charlotte, NC? Or, is there other action that I need to take? I lean towards action against Wachovia because they stamped the check. Somewhere in Wachovia right now, they have Capital One money that has been debited from my account, but that I have never received.

I am looking to learn a language in addition to learning Vietnamese.

However, since I am around mostly Vietnamese, I am able to brush up on it; however, since I'm not around Japanese it will be a bit difficult to brush up on the language.

With Korean, I understand that there is a study group out here in the South Bay Area (but DeAnza is the only school that teaches it!)

Still, it's a toss up between Japanese and Korean...in addition to Vietnamese, which I'm learning.
