Can Iran really kill them under their laws? Iran have horrible ways of punishment... Stoning, execution, eye ball removing, removing limbs, hanging...

We all know that if this happens, we will go to war with them, but what are the chances that the Iranians will sink this low? I'd like to know how many of you think this will come to this?

atheists question the existence of god just because there is no proof. thats ok. but who said that god is logic??
thats what religion rely on: the fact that god cannot be within the bounds of reason!
why then they dispute god's existence??
let alone that facts are facts and have been written down...i mean historical facts.
did atheists ever try to read ( just read) the bible or understand religion without being stuck to their own ideas and prejudiced?
im not offending atheists and im not supporting religious ppl...just wanted to see what atheists believe thats all.

In some areas of the country, a consumer can install a windmill that generates electricity and sell that electricity to the utility (which then sells it to other consumers). If there were hundreds of individuals in an area, each with a windmill generating electricity, how would the utility handle the fact that each windmill generates AC electricity that is not in phase with the electricity generated by the other windmills?

I understand that there are methods for "shifting" the phase of AC electricity. But would each windmill have its own phase shifter, in order to provide "in-phase" electricity to the system? Or could each windmill sense the phase of the system and generate its electricity in phase?

Please help me understand how this works.

Why is it when it's your birthday you never want to celebrate it? You act like it's just another day. Nothing special. My husband's birthday is monday and I have already asked him what he wants to do and it's always the same nothing it's just another day. Our girls want to do something special for him but he's disinterested in even recieving a happy birthday. What's the deal guys? Do you really not care or you just don't want to show that you do?

Here's what she said about the trouble she's having....My laptop has gone stone squirrelly! It's like out of control lately. It has been having a LOT of popups, and twice it attempted to install software that I had NOT downloaded. I've tried virus scans and spyware scans. They haven't helped. I've tried system restore, but it wont let me restore it. Another annoyance is, when I have an IE window open, my status bar keeps disappearing! Please help. Thank you

Mine is (was) Jack-in-the-Box's Sourdough Chicken n' Mushroom Sandwich...which they don't make anymore. :(

Overall, that restaurant seems to be more original than most others in changing up their menu with new, creative items.

But KFC's extra crispy chicken and mashed potatoes are also hard to beat, but only with extreme moderation. I'd also pick McDonald's original hamburger (the $0.79 one) for nostalgia value...
