none - the AFL/NFL merger occured in 1970. That was also the same year that Lamar Hunt came up with the term "Super Bowl". Therefore, every team that "won it all" since the merger, also won the Super Bowl.
I think the team you are looking for is the Packers, who won two titles when it was the winner of the NFL against the winner of the AFL in the Championship game, but they were not called "Super Bowls" at that time. However, this was BEFORE the merger.

Well the Green Bay Packers won the first two AFL-NFL World Championships (which are not considered Super Bowls), first over the Kansas City Chiefs by a score of 35-10, and then over the Oakland Raiders by a score of 33-14. Then the Packers won Super Bowl XXXI in 1997 over the New England Patriots by a score of 35-21.

Well, the Rams won 3 times in 3 cities:
-Cleveland Rams in 1945
-Los Angeles Rams in 1951
-St. Louis Rams in 2000 at Super Bowl XXXIV
And the championship game between the NFL and AFL was the Super Bowl, even before the official merger in 1970.
