i saw this on the mtv show juvies and i was wondering what actually happens.

what happens to the driver?
passengers?

does the drivers parents find out if they are over 18?
does the insurance go up?(no accident, just pulled over)

Hi, I need a hedge or bush that will provide some thick cover from the neighbors as I'm sitting on my front porch steps.

I need something that is EVERGREEN, and something that GROWS FAST IN FULL SHADE. The hedge or bush musn't exceed ten feet in height. I'm thinking of something about six to eight feet when matured, and nothing poisonous or thorny.

my wife is never home i talk to here everyday and see here sometimes but she is allways over out other people's house's i have talk to her about it but it does not get any where i give her 150 a week just to spend on something nice or what ever she wants iam to nice? should i cut her money off until she gets the point? what should i do

My cousin was arrested for being an accomplice to theft. He was charged with a felony crime. Instead of bail or staying in county lock up, he was let go on O.R. (own recognizance). He has a trial date for early April for arraignment. At this trial, will he do jail time when sentenced? I ask this because he has already been in front of the judge a second time and the judge said the case was dismissed, or at least that's what my cousin was to believe. If in fact it wasn't dismissed, does any one have any legal advice they could give to pass along that I may share with my cousin?

My 2nd grader(public school) has a spelling list each week, and part of homework is to write detailed sentences using the words.
My kid write interesting sentences with details like when, why, how, where,who or when, and the sentences are grammatically correct plus make sense.

My kid likes to use slightly different spellings for proper nouns (only people names) sometimes than commonly accepted. For example: Lucie(Lucy), Engela (Angela), Juudie(Judy), Julien (Julian), Luois(Louis), Henree(Henry). And a few times, my kid used names like Reidgwin, Windeolin, Tierlor....The teacher either write the commonly accepted spelling, or puts a ? next to the weird/creative names. These are often the only corrections in the whole homework.
Kid says she wants to use her own spellings for imaginary people's names sometimes. I think my kid is right. Is she ?
Should I mention it to the teacher, or let it go and hope for a teacher with more imagination next year?

It would seem apparent that we pass through themes through out our eternal existance.

That is why a man I knew kept getting into several incidents revolving around criminal activity including a murder in a month.
He looks like and is accused of being a thug, even though he does not behave lke one and is found innocent.

There was a child I heard of that kept having to stay in hospital with various unrelated medical problems such as cancer, brain hemorrage, cardiac arrhythmias, broken leg, a stroke and a hernia.

Everywhere a curtian woman goes, there is always hundreds of children and everytime she gets offered a job, it revolves around children.

These periods are temporary, but can last for decades to hundreds of years through our existance.

These are themes of expierences in our existance.

What would you call it? What is it?

I am starting a franchise and I am responsible for setting up my own website. I found another franchisee (Of the same company) in another state that has an absolutely great website. Would it be right of me to attempt to copy their site? Should I ask first? Should I contact their web designer?

I don't want to appear rude by asking if I can copy them, but it would cut my web development cost by a ton if I did.

Whatever happened to Soul 4 Real, Boyz II Men, Shai, Jodeci, New Edition, Tony! Toni! Toné!, SWV, XScape, etc? I loved the good soul groups of the 90's, and it seems they have all disappeared or have gone more hip-hop. I love hip-hop too, but when I want some real soulfull r&b it seems I always have to hear some rapper over it unless I listen to something more oldschool.
I guess there is no real answer to this question, but wondering if any of you feel the same.
P.S. Heard Boyz II Men has a new album... wonder if it is any good...
