Technically they are supposed to according to Conservative Halacha.

They also should not carry on the Sabbath (unless they are driving to Synagogue)

They also search for Chamez before passover

their are many things that Conservatives should do because the law commite did not alter them.

Conservative Jews pick and choose what they want to observe according to personal opinion and convenience. Thus, some use the mikvah, and some do not.

Some do, some don't. For conversion purposes, they do. I don't think every Conservative shul has a mikveh, though.
