It's hard to say who is a regular. My wife just recently started on Answers. She's on Level 2 with less than 1000 points and she already has a Top Contributor designation. I guess that makes her a "new" regular. And I suppose we could be a "regular" in one category and a "newbie" in another.

I agree with the first answer - if you understand Letterman's P & S Top 10 list, you are probably a regular.

Once you reach level 6, I'd say you're at least a regular if not an old timer...
