What about a foreign business partner, to get a tax break?

i want to start a hair business, selling hair, asians have the market on lock and most, not all, but most are rude and unappreciative of the customers business. i feel like i know the market very well and would like to distribute, the catch is they get a tax break, what about a foreign partner to get me a tax break

Having a foreign partner isn't going to get you any tax breaks in the US.
